Working together

Greening Steyning are an active group of friendly and enthusastic individuals who are working hard to bring about change in our community.

Here are some examples:

Life on the Verge

Working with local communities, parish councils and other interested groups Greening Steyning, Bramber and Beeding is creating new habitat for pollinators on the verges around our three parishes, by allowing wild flowers to grow in a project we named Life on the Verge.

The Nature Map

We have created a survey of the local area, recording all the different habitats which is recorded on a Nature Map which everyone can understand and use.

Live Events and More…

We create and run public events as part of the Steyning Festival as well as supporting other local environmental events and have held climate marches and rallies in Steyning, Bramber and Upper Beeding.
